Canton, MAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step after applying was a phone call with a regional recruiter.

Then I went into a two-part in-person experience that started with sitting through a company sales meeting. It was less about casual conversation and more about seeing how the operation worked and what the sales rhythm looked like.

After that, I moved into a smaller group orientation/interview with a regional sales manager. The focus was on whether I could handle the workload and what it actually meant day to day—especially the door-to-door side of the role. A lot of the process also came across as being set up for getting people into the field quickly, not as a traditional “test.”
