My experience started with a lot of rescheduling, and it quickly became clear the environment wasn’t very professional.

The supervisors didn’t seem focused on anything other than hitting the numbers, and the vibe I got about the way employees were treated was harsh. I left with the impression that churn was the whole point.

Because of that atmosphere, I didn’t really view the process as something that would support my long-term fit. It wasn’t a smooth or encouraging set of interactions, even though the role itself might have sounded appealing at first glance. I didn’t end up with an offer, and the main thing I remember is how the culture I observed made everything feel transactional.
