The interview was essentially a walkthrough of my resume, and the questions were mostly behavioral and based on my experience.

They asked things like what I learned from specific past experiences, which forced me to connect events to reflection and outcomes.

It was a 30-minute conversation, and it felt like the main goal was to understand how I think and how I’d approach similar situations again. There wasn’t a lot of technical probing—what dominated was the story behind my past work and the lessons I pulled from it.
