After my interview process, I never received any feedback by email, which left a really flat feeling at the end.

What stood out to me even during the process was that they asked for personal information like a telephone number, and it felt inappropriate and unethical in a professional interview setting.

Overall, the lack of follow-up combined with the data request made the experience feel poorly handled, even though the interview itself was already done by the time I noticed how little communication there would be afterward.
