Stripe Software Engineer interview experience

The round went well overall, and I left with the impression that I’d hear back—there was even a promise that I’d get an email.

But after that, nothing happened. I didn’t receive any follow-up, and the job listing disappeared a few days later. What felt frustrating wasn’t the difficulty of the interviews—it was the silence afterward.

I ended up being rejected without any clear explanation, and the main reflection I had afterward was how quickly a process can end even when the conversation itself goes positively.
