I went through what felt like a fairly standard sequence, and it moved quickly from outreach to rejection.

A recruiter reached out over email, then I set up a time for an initial chat about the role.

After that, I received an invitation for a coding phone screen. I didn’t pass that step, and then I only got a rejection email after the coding round.

Even though I didn’t get feedback beyond the result, the process itself was straightforward: quick recruiter touch, then straight to the coding screen. It was disappointing, but it was also easy to pinpoint where things ended.
