Stripe Software Engineer interview experience

The technical screen that followed had multiple linked problems—three or four—with a 45-minute window, and the idea was that you’d build progress across the set rather than treating each part independently.

After that, I reached an onsite consisting of three one-hour rounds: two technical rounds and one with the hiring manager. The first onsite technical round was similar to the tech screen, and the second onsite round focused on debugging. Even though the overall difficulty was described as difficult, what made it harder wasn’t confusion so much as time and the way the problems accumulated.
