Stripe Frontend Engineer interview experience

Negative

New York, NYPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with an easy React round, but the next stage got rough quickly.

I was moved into a full day of interviews centered around a debugging question that I found genuinely difficult.

The debugging portion also didn’t come with much support to help me walk through it, and the whole day was all virtual. The interviewers came across as a bit rude, and I didn’t enjoy the experience at all.

By the end, I felt drained rather than challenged in a healthy way. I didn’t receive an offer, and the tone of the day was the thing that stayed with me most.
