Stellantis Software Engineer interview experience

After the initial screening, I heard back from that same portal and then got my interview scheduled online. When I talked with the team, the conversation stayed tightly tied to my co-op experience, and they seemed intent on finding a strong match with a team that fit what I’d actually done.

At one point, HR contacted me directly with a question about relocating, and from there the scheduling moved quickly into Teams meetings with the hiring managers. The timeline stayed compact—about a week from start to finish—and hiring managers made a decision within a couple of days after the interviews.
