New DelhiPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a resume selection step, then went into a written examination and a direct interview.

From the beginning, the process felt chaotic. I remember being shortlisted alongside candidates from multiple backgrounds, and then during the interview it became clear they hadn’t decided which profiles they actually wanted.

The recruiter team seemed to keep changing the plan midstream: some candidates were dismissed abruptly, and others were left waiting without any clear communication. The most frustrating part was the length of the hanging around, with long delays and then basically no further updates. It left me with the strong feeling that the process was more about internal confusion
