My first step was a low-pressure call that was pretty much exactly what it sounded like—basic and direct.

The interviewer made the instructions clear and kept things stress-free, and the main goal was to understand whether I was interested in other areas of the company beyond the immediate role. It felt like a screening designed to align expectations.

The process overall stayed quick and simple. When I spoke with the panel, the vibe was kind and they focused more on understanding my experience than interrogating me. They also took time to explain the company and the role briefly, which helped me feel like the questions were connected to real context, not just random checks.
