Staples Account Executive interview experience

I honestly don’t remember more than a handful of questions about my previous retail experience, and the whole thing was over quickly—maybe five questions total. They told me I’d hear back by the next week, so I left feeling like it was straightforward.

Then nothing happened. No follow-up, no rejection email—just silence. It made me wonder if the process was disorganized on their side more than anything else. Either way, the interview itself felt very easy, but the lack of communication after was what stuck with me.
