Goleta, CAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I arrived for my interview expecting a normal, scheduled meeting, but the day fell apart right on arrival.

The process had moved quickly and I picked a Thursday morning during store hours, about five days out. When I got to the store, there were only two employees working and the manager wasn’t even there—nobody seemed to know when they’d show up.

I sat in the store for about thirty minutes and watched things stay uncertain. Eventually I left, because the lack of respect for my time was too frustrating to ignore. It didn’t feel like a real interview experience at all, and I didn’t continue in the process afterward.
