Staples Account Executive interview experience

I’d applied online and got a call for an in-person chat, and once I arrived it was basically a handful of straightforward questions. I talked through my background and why I wanted the role, and I remember them asking things like how long I’d been interested and the usual “why here” question. At one point I even got asked something as simple as what I liked about the store, and the interview didn’t last long before I was basically done.

The questions stayed light but practical: my experience, who I was as a person, and some scenario-style prompts tied to sales associate expectations.
