I interviewed for Software Engineer through an aptitude + GD gate and then multiple face-to-face rounds; one path felt difficult while still following the same overall structure.

Aptitude test — initial aptitude screening.
GD — a group discussion to assess fit.
Technical interview (F2F) — shortlisted candidates had a face-to-face technical interview.
HR rounds — depending on the path, HR came as one or more rounds and led to final shortlisting.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that this pipeline can be judged heavily at the technical and HR/shortlisting stages.
