Speridian Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Positive

Islamabad, IslamabadPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a more intense interview style in at least one path—either because of stress testing or deeper technical breadth—while some rounds felt polished but outcomes still varied.

HR call — I was asked about my current role, current salary, and expected salary.
Technical deep dive — The focus could shift toward OOP and design patterns, with longer, higher-standard technical questioning.
Additional technical/leadership discussions — In some cases, a director/manager-style discussion followed.
HR/closure — Even when rounds felt positive, the final offer/communication could lag. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these experiences, and the takeaway was that difficulty and interview approach varied a lot by round, even within the same company.
