MunnarPosted Apr 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer in a campus placement flow with a written test, GD, then tech and HR; tech was straightforward and HR felt minimal.

Written test — basic operating systems questions plus general aptitude.
GD — a group discussion to assess soft skills.
Technical interview — mostly web technology questions (CSS, HTML5) and questions about Java/JavaScript.
HR interview — very brief and mostly about whether I had questions for them.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in this summary, and my takeaway was that the process leaned heavily on web-tech basics rather than tough algorithmics.
