I interviewed for Software Engineer in a walk-in drive and it felt awkward and difficult socially, with a lot of focus on SQL and application/server topics.

Technical interview — I faced questions around design patterns, SQL stored procedure concepts, joins and differences, and performance improvement; it also touched on state management, login authentication, and deploying/installing an application in IIS.
HR follow-up — HR was supposed to join, and after a wait they indicated I’d be informed later.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was to stay calm because the in-room experience felt mocking and disorienting.
