Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Account Executive interview experience

After they asked about a small set of questions, we shifted into a discussion about the job and the broader culture, and they genuinely gave me room to ask things back.

The overall vibe was easy to navigate and not overly formal. I walked away feeling like the tone matched the kind of working environment they were trying to describe, and I appreciated that there was space for questions rather than just a one-way grilling.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself stayed pretty conversational and grounded in learning about fit rather than feeling combative.
