Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Account Executive interview experience

I felt like they were very pushy with timing and the pace of communication didn’t feel aligned with how a normal recruiting process runs.

I did have a sense that they wanted me, and that part was encouraging. But the pursuit itself felt uncomfortable, with the kind of urgency that put everything on their terms rather than a clear, respectful schedule that felt typical.

I ultimately didn’t move forward, and my honest reflection was that the relationship-building tone never really showed up the way it should have, despite interest on their side.
