Sony Accountant interview experience

London, EnglandPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview didn’t feel like it had much momentum behind it.

The impression I got was that the interviewer may have already decided on the candidate for the role, and the meeting happened anyway—almost like it was lingering on the schedule.

Because of that, the conversation ended up feeling pointless from my side. Even though I went in and showed up professionally, it ultimately felt like a waste of time for both of us.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the real reflection for me was less about the role and more about the interview process itself. When the outcome feels pre-determined, it drains the experience even if the interview itself is polite.
