After clearing the first two rounds, my process stalled on the final step.

I completed the early rounds successfully, but I never received the call or next communication for the face-to-face final interview. So even though I had momentum at the beginning, the process just stopped moving.

The overall difficulty felt average based on the rounds I actually completed, but the experience turned frustrating simply because there was no closure—no follow-up, no final decision. I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest reflection I had afterward was that doing well early didn’t matter as much as having a process that actually concluded.
