Sonata Software Business Analyst interview experience

After the recruiter conversation, about a week later I had a technical screen, and then the process continued with another technical round where they basically followed up in more depth. Communication mattered throughout, and the atmosphere felt fairly professional—focused on discussing my background clearly rather than trying to trick me.

I ended up having HR conversations as well, and that part helped fill in the gaps about the company’s process and what to expect. Just before they made decisions, I also had to share documents, which seemed to be a key step in keeping everything moving.
