Sonata Software Business Analyst interview experience

First there was a multiple-choice written test that covered logical reasoning, verbal ability, and quants, and then I moved into two separate interview rounds.

Both interview rounds were long enough that I felt properly examined, with a lot of technical questioning mixed with HR questions. The difficulty landed higher than I expected from the written test alone, because the interviews weren’t just checking my knowledge—they were also testing how I handled the pressure while talking through my thinking. By the end, it felt like a thorough assessment, even though I didn’t get an offer.
