My process ran in three rounds: an aptitude test, then technical, and then HR.

The aptitude test was online through AMCAT and adaptive, with sections for English comprehension, quantitative ability, computer programming, and logical ability. The overall test difficulty felt medium, and I noticed most of the edge came from having strong programming fundamentals.

Then there was a technical and HR component that was clubbed together, and it focused heavily on resume and general questions. They asked for confidence in basics of C, C++, and optionally Java or dot net, and they probed knowledge like why certain languages and how those concepts connect to what I’d listed.
