I applied through college and the process took just one day.

The first round was a written test in AMCAT style, covering English, logical ability, quantitative ability, and programming MCQs, and it had no negative marking. From 157 applicants, 25 were shortlisted for the technical round, and then later they had HR.

The short timeline was what surprised me—everything happened quickly, and the filtering was clear. Even though the overall difficulty felt average, the fact that so many got screened out between written and technical made it feel more competitive than casual.
