I got approached by a recruiter and ended up doing a Skype interview from my side with two technical interviewers based in India.

The call felt unusual right away because I had to share my video, but they didn’t show theirs, and there was a lot of noise from their side. The whole thing lasted only about 10–15 minutes.

What threw me off most was the tone—starting from the beginning it felt like they weren’t really prepared or genuinely interested in hearing out my full answers. Only one of them asked questions, and even then it didn’t feel like they were listening long enough for me to complete my responses. I didn’t progress, and that short, messy experience left me feeling like the interview wasn’t taking my effort
