This process stood out as one of the better organized ones I’d experienced.

The recruitment team gave me a lot of clarity upfront about what to expect at each interview stage, and they stayed in touch throughout the timeline.

Every person I interacted with from the company felt genuinely nice and professional, and the interviewers didn’t give off that forced, mechanical vibe that can happen elsewhere. They actually seemed to take the process seriously without making it feel hostile.

I didn’t end with an offer, but I finished the loop feeling respected and informed. My reflection was that the communication and professionalism made the experience feel unusually fair
