The process started normally enough: I completed three interviews, with two of them being technical.

Everything felt like it went well during the calls, and I didn’t get any clear signals that things were going poorly.

But after the technical interviews, I simply stopped hearing anything back. I was effectively ghosted, and it left a bad taste—especially because the experience already had a hiccup early on where the recruiter didn’t turn their video on during the first interview.

I never received an offer, and what stuck with me most was how professionally the process started compared to how abruptly it ended without any communication.
