I started off with a recruiter process that felt like it was moving, but the ending was frustrating.

I went through early stages and was effectively selected, but then communication just disappeared. When I followed up by emailing leadership and even calling to get clarification, I was told it was due to internal movement and that they were too busy to keep up with the recruiting timeline.

Later, I had a different sequence where I was referred to the recruiter, spoke with them, and then went through multiple conversations with hiring leadership. The plan included speaking with an SE, then additional rounds with the SE’s manager, a VP, and a panel interview, with a week to get scheduled.
