I made it deep into the process, reaching the fourth stage out of five.

The interviews felt pretty normal overall, and most of the questions focused on my background as an SDR—how I’d performed against targets and what my day-to-day looked like.

The tone wasn’t overly complicated or mysterious, and it was easy to understand what they were trying to confirm about my experience. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the salary level made the whole thing hard to walk away from. I felt like it was still worth continuing to pursue the role because the downside of not progressing didn’t feel as painful as the upside looked on paper.
