Denver, COPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My second interview felt heavily dependent on which manager I’d end up working under, and it didn’t come with much feedback either way.

After an automated rejection email, I didn’t get any explanation. I reached out politely and professionally to ask for clarification, but I never received meaningful feedback.

Because the feedback loop was so thin, the process felt more opaque than it should have. I was left trying to interpret what happened purely from the way the interview went, without any official sense of how I performed.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stayed with me was the frustration of getting shut down without transparency, especially after putting energy into the second round.
