Menlo Park, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with an online assessment that had a few LeetCode-style questions on Hackerrank.

I saw easy/medium prompts and one medium one, and then I moved into two back-to-back technical interviews using CoderPad.

In the first interview, I got a medium coding problem and I got stuck enough that I didn’t get to the next interview. In the second, I was given something described as medium-hard but worded and explained in a way that felt tricky to interpret quickly, and it took me a while to get to the right solution.

By the time both interviews ended, I only managed to work through two questions total, which made me feel like I had underperformed relative to what they needed to see.
