San Mateo, CAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt standard and pretty well paced.

The first thing I did was meet with a sales manager, mainly to confirm I wasn’t wildly off-base for what they were looking for. After that, I moved on to higher-ups. I made it to the second round, and the experience overall felt friendly, with interviewers taking time to ask good questions rather than rushing through prompts.

I remember leaving the first conversation reassured that they were listening, not just screening. The follow-on discussion didn’t feel like a sudden switch into something hostile or overly technical—it still matched the same tone, just with more senior people involved.
