Bellevue, WAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I only got through the OA phase, and honestly it was the hardest one I’ve taken.

The overall experience felt more intense than what I expected from an initial coding gate, and it left me feeling like I needed a very specific depth of preparation. There was also an odd requirement that I had to hit a 30-word minimum to review other posts, which made me feel like the process was built around tighter constraints than usual.

I didn’t make it beyond that OA stage. It wasn’t just hard because of the coding—it was hard because the format and requirements made the whole thing feel unusually demanding. Looking back, that was the part that weighed on me the most.
