Snowflake Software Engineer interview experience

I had a meeting scheduled with the recruiter, and right before it—about an hour prior—it got canceled with the reason that the role had already been filled.

I asked whether I could interview for another open role that was basically the same scope, and the reply turned into silence. I felt like my time was wasted twice: first by the assessment itself, then by the abrupt cancellation and ghosting afterward.

I didn’t receive an offer. The experience left me most frustrated by how abruptly the process seemed to change without any real follow-through.
