Bellevue, WAPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with online coding and then moved into two technical rounds and a separate managerial round.

The technical screens could happen back-to-back, and each one was essentially coding on a platform where I had to write code for multiple questions.

Overall it was a difficult phase. The questions landed around medium to hard LeetCode difficulty, so I had to keep my focus steady across consecutive interviews rather than having time to regroup.

I didn’t get an offer. The main impression was that the technical bar was consistent, but the pacing—especially with back-to-back tech—made it feel more intense than a typical multi-stage loop.
