San Mateo, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into Snowflake expecting an automated first step, and that’s exactly what happened: the process sent me multiple online assessments after I applied, and they were brutal.

There were three OA rounds in total, and the difficulty felt extremely high—filled with things like dynamic programming and string-focused problems.

What made it frustrating wasn’t only how hard the questions were, but the feeling that most people get filtered out even if they do well. The experience left me feeling like time was getting consumed up front with little chance of progressing, and I didn’t end up moving forward.
