Over multiple tries, the process didn’t feel like it gave me a real chance to show my strengths for field sales.

I interviewed with the company four different times and each time the conversations felt short and overly scripted, with little opportunity to demonstrate my actual skills and qualifications. The overall impression I formed was that the interviews weren’t evaluating fit in a way that felt fair, and I never progressed to the next stage. It was discouraging because I believed I had more sales experience than what the eventual hires seemed to have based on what I could see afterward.
