Smith+Nephew Software Engineer interview experience

From there, I went through a phone screening with HR and then another phone screening with the hiring manager.

The in-person portion was the largest step: I was brought in for seven in-person interviews plus a forty-five minute presentation. The day was clearly designed to evaluate both how I communicated and how I handled multiple different conversations, and it made the process feel more demanding than a standard interview loop.

Overall, I finished the day feeling like I’d been given a full look at the role and how they operated, but I didn’t receive an offer.
