Smartsheet Software Engineer interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I didn’t actually complete the interview, but I was scheduled to go through four back-to-back onsite interviews with Smartsheet.

At that point in time, all I had was the expectation that the interviews would run in a tight sequence, meaning it would be a full day focused entirely on the role.

I didn’t get to the point where I could describe the exact question types or how the interviews unfolded, since the interviews hadn’t happened yet. The only concrete detail I had was the structure: multiple onsite sessions happening consecutively.

Because the process wasn’t completed in what I shared, I can’t say how it went or whether it led to an offer—I only knew it was coming and that it was going to be intense.
