My on-site experience followed a clear sequence and felt exactly like the kind of four-part loop I expected.

I started with a smaller warm-up segment that mixed an easy LeetCode question with behavioral questions. After that, I moved into a second coding problem at a medium level.

The next round shifted into something more practical and directly connected to the Smartsheet application, and it was paired with a more structured Object-Oriented Design discussion. I remember the Object-Oriented Design interviewer treating the session like a conversation rather than a strict pass/fail test, which made it easier to think out loud instead of trying to “guess what they wanted.”
