Bellevue, WAPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty typical early sequence: an HR screener followed by a technical interview.

In the technical portion, I solved everything the interviewer asked for. The next day I got rejected, which caught me off guard.

From how it was explained afterward, it sounded like there were many highly qualified candidates, and my performance alone wasn’t the deciding factor. That made the whole thing feel like a waste of time, even though the interview itself was straightforward.

No offer came out of it, and the hardest part was that there was no sense of what was missing—just that it wasn’t enough relative to the applicant pool.
