Boston, MAPosted Apr 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial recruiter screen, I also had a separate phone conversation with an HR person.

The onsite was held at a hotel in Boston, which kicked off with a 45-minute personality test before I met with three different people. The format felt structured and fairly straightforward, and the on-site interviews didn’t take forever once I got in.

Even though the steps were clear, the process ultimately didn’t lead to an offer. What I remember most was the testing step at the beginning of the onsite, which set a formal tone early on. Overall, it was an average experience: organized enough to follow, but not enough to get to the finish line.
