I went through a pretty structured, virtual sequence that started with an assessment stage, and it immediately felt like there were cutoffs—people were dropped right after the initial round.

The first part leaned into reasoning, with verbal and numerical questions, all in an online format. After that, I moved into a short 3-minute interview focused on English skills, and then I got placed into an FGD (group discussion).

The FGD ended up being a more active style of evaluation than I expected. In my session, the group had to create a small project and then present it in front of the assessors. The whole flow felt organized and fairly professional, and the vibe in the later stages was less intimidating than the early screening.

Overall it felt like a practical filter: quick tests
