I went through a couple of interviews, but after that the communication basically fell apart.

The HR side didn’t follow up after my interviews, so I was left waiting without any clear next step.

What also bothered me was the overall logic of the process. They had me do a Tableau viz regardless of the role, which made the experience feel disconnected from the actual job I was applying for.

I never ended up getting an offer, and honestly it soured me on the whole thing—the lack of follow-through made me feel like the process didn’t respect my time.
