Slalom Consultant interview experience

The conversations felt like they were going somewhere, but what lingered for me was the lack of closure afterward. I wasn’t clearly told what the decision was, and instead I kept getting told to continue following up.

Over time, the responses got thinner, which made the whole process feel stalled rather than actively moving toward a final decision. It was hard to interpret what they needed or whether anything was still in progress.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my lasting feeling was uncertainty—more about the silence and the diminishing replies than about the interview conversations
