All of my interviews were virtual, and the flow felt pretty coherent.

A recruiter interview came first, scheduled for about 30 minutes, but it ended up lasting closer to an hour because the conversation was genuinely interested in me as a person—my priorities and my background. In the technical round, I was asked a coding question. I worked in a VS Code setup and was able to ask questions as I went, and I remember spending time explaining my approach as I solved it. After the initial coding part, the interviewer followed up with deeper technical questions
