Dublin, DublinPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a short recruiter call on Microsoft Teams, about 30 minutes, focused on my background and whether I seemed like a fit for a Senior Software Engineer role.

It felt straightforward and warm, and the recruiter kept things moving.

After that, I went into a technical interview that dug into my prior experience, the projects I’d worked on, and the technical decisions I’d made. The next stage was system design, where I had to design a solution, do some hands-on coding and modeling, and then talk through trade-offs. The last round was an in-person behavioral interview centered on teamwork, communication, and how I handled challenges and conflicts at work.

People came across as genuinely nice, and the whole thing had a comfortable, supportive feel
