My process was relatively unusual in how they used the early recruiter step.

First, I did a recruiter round where the “screen” was really a 90-minute deep dive into my resume, going all the way back to my education and asking details across my history. There wasn’t anything special I needed to prepare for Slack itself; it was more about mapping my background to what they already had on paper.

Then I moved into a second round where I had to do a presentation about my background, including deals I’d sold in the past, and how I would approach selling Slack. The overall feel was structured and concrete early on, but I still didn’t end up getting an offer after that stage.
